职位亮点： 创新药企，发展空间广阔 职位描述： Responsibilities: 1) Oversee all R&D projects in target selection/validation, recombinant protein and antibody engineering including recombinant protein expression/purification; phage display library design and construction; Fc engineering; antibody/nanobody/bispecific antibody design/optimization; druggability assessment and optimization. 2) Identify and establish key technology platforms with synergies to our current technology platforms and execution of in vitro and in vivo functional studies. Discovering, optimizing and delivering new drug candidates to enter CMC and clinical trials. 3) Manage all internal and external collaborations. Lead all efforts in troubleshooting of all technical and scientific issues. Participate in the evaluation and assessment of potential in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities 4) Present experimental data in a clear and concise manner in internal and external conferences. Build a positive, team- and results-oriented corporate culture. 职位要求： Qualifications: 1) PhD in protein biochemistry, immunology/cancer biology, protein structural modeling and protein engineering related disciplines with at least 5 years of R&D experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment. An ideal candidate should have more than 5-year biotech/pharma R&D experience in antibody/biologics drug discovery. Research experience in hemostasis/Hematology is a plus. 1) Extensive hands-on experience in target validation, protein engineering and antibody design and optimization including antibody, nanobody and bispecific antibodies, phage display or other display platforms, affinity optimization, humanization, Fc engineering, and druggability assessment as evidenced by a strong publication record, patent applications and pipeline contributions to IND submissions. 2) A successful candidate must have strong background and comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experiences in protein drug design and understand of antibody structure-function relationships. Hands-on experience in animal models (cancer, infectious diseases or autoimmune) is an asset. 3) An ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment and excellent communication and language skills (Chinese and English).
