The opportunity of a lifetime: We are hiring Interns to join our Global Resourcing Centre of Excellence! This program is designed to expose you to international recruitment markets in healthcare staffing and develop your skill and competence in our industry. You will join a 3-month structured program that is designed to develop your technical skill and behavioural competence which will stand you head and shoulders above your peers in the recruitment industry globally. Your pathway throughout the program is supported by Senior Leaders in the business and you will have the opportunity to graduate and interact with our world-class business and teams in China and Japan. We will fast track you towards international staffing stardom, and you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting highly skilled healthcare professionals for placement in the China and Japan. This role is dynamic and requires a combination of learning, practical’s, research, sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills and a hard-working attitude to contribute to your overall success. You just need to show up and immerse yourself. Location: Dalian, China (onsite) What you can expect: 1. Talent Sourcing: • Learn how to find world-class candidates! • Study and apply proven sourcing techniques. • Apply your new skills on popular jobs like LinkedIn and Indeed; but take it one step further and uncover new sources of candidates • Experiment with Boolean search string construction and find those hidden gems! • Analyse data to refine your approach and improve your search results • You will work on live vacancies partnering with Recruitment teams to find exception candidates • You will be coached, mentored, and supported to hit weekly performance metrics (just like the real world!) 2. Relationship building and selling: • Learn the art of selling and build meaningful relationships with candidates • Practice and apply your learnings once you have graduate to voice calls and earn your candidates trust • Build a healthy and high-quality network and pipeline of healthcare professionals internationally • Learn the subtleties of influencing and negotiating that will help you to solidify your relationship and registering new candidates! • You will be coached, mentored, and supported to hit weekly performance metrics (just like the real world!) 3. Market Research and Mapping: • Learn and conduct market and industry research to uncover target areas and message position to candidates • Learn and conduct competitor market maps in the industry • You will be trained in how to analyse your research findings to inform your sourcing strategies and daily tasks, then you will need to implement your plan and find those candidates! • Learn how to interpret your finding and share this intelligence with you mentor and fellow interns! 4. Collaboration and teamwork: • Learning how to operate and behave appropriately in a business environment can be daunting. You will develop your skills in the program that will help you to show up every day • We believe that as a team we will always go further when we are together. Learn how to engage with your team members, collaborate and share • You will learn skills such as active listening and how to problem solve The program is open to anyone that has the right attitude and wants to win. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Japanese language, English language, or a related field. and an excellent grasp of the English or Japanese language. Computer literacy is also essential. Availability to commit to a specified duration of the internship (e.g., 3 months) and work at least four days per week.
